​At the young age of 6, Steven was born into the world of ballroom dance.  As a child he build his foundation on the more competitive styles, International Ballroom and Latin.  In the last decade he has very heavily taught students a more social style in addition to performance dancing. You could say that he has dedicated his life to becoming a very well-rounded teacher, as each student's needs vary.

 He is actively competing with his partner, Kirstyn, in Professional Latin and Ballroom, and he competes with his students in the Professional-Amateur division as well.
